King's Way Assembly of God
Versailles, KY When Pro Sound was approached to bid on this system, all architectural and engineering plans had already been made with key sound, light and video issues unresolved. Complete audio coverage was a prime concern. Maintaining a consistent sound in all seating areas required the use of digital system control hardware, several types of speakers and precise time alignment of the different components. One of the church's requests was the use of a digital mixing console. Pro Sound installed two Tascam DM-24 digital mixers, one as a master and one as a slave, that satisfied the need for both simplicity and digital control.
The lighting system, which includes fixtures from Altman, NSI, MBT, and Martin, is centered around a a state of the art digital dimming system by NSI. This control system not only controls the stage lighting, but also the house lights giving the light operator complete control of the lighting system throughout the entire worship service.
King's Way knew that video would play a key role in their worship service. For this, Pro Sound designed a dual-screen system using the latest projectors from Mitsubishi and Da-Lite screens. The video system is centered around MediaShout© presentation software for worship.
